A monitor activation is not itself a verified discharge — this outfall's monitor was operational 99.4% of 2025 per the audited return. See the method.

The audited record

2025148 spills · 2,903h

2024162 spills · 3,264h

2023178 spills · 3,352h

EA EDM annual returns, counted on the 12-24h basis — a different methodology from the live feed's raw durations; the two are never mixed in one figure.

A free, independent push channel — ntfy, not a feature run by this site. Every time this outfall's monitor is recorded starting or stopping an activation, a message is sent to the public topic below. Install the free ntfy app and subscribe to it, or open the web view directly.

A message reports only that a discharge started or ended, with the recorded time — the same monitor-activation fact shown on this page. It carries no rainfall assessment of its own; check back here for that.
